Being mindful is a state of being in which we pay attention to what is happening for ourselves in the moment, without being drawn into dwelling on the past or worrying about the future. Mindfulness is a way of learning to be more mindful by using meditations, bringing attention to the breath, body and senses. This enables a more reflective response to physical sensations and emotions. I have found that Mindfulness can be helpful to:

  • Increase focus and concentration
  • Reduce feelings of anxiety
  • Reduce stress
  • Improved sleep
  • Increase contentment

Working with me to become more mindful will include meditations, psychoeducation, CBT techniques and discussion of issues within session, as well as set activities to complete outside of session. I deliver Mindfulness sessions to individuals and to small groups of up to 4 people.


£30 per hour

£10 for each individual within a group
